Before the writing process of each issue begins, the Adeela team, members of the administrative team, artists and writers, will identify the different themes that are going to be covered in each issue and identifying the best possible location that will help in properly showcasing the ideas we hope to reflect.
The Adeela Cultural Forum will be organized in coordination with a youth group from the Dalanj area, named "Thoughts on Peaceful Coexistence", where a spokesperson from Adeela and another speaker from the local youth will participate. At the beginning, the Adela project introduces itself and the vision and goals it’s working to achieve. A small showcase for the first issue of the adeela comic book and an open exchange of ideas for what the next issues could reflect of the region’s culture, environment, and stories.
One of Adeela main objective is to empower young artist and writers through equipping them with the right tools. To fulfil this purpose the Artist and writers workshop was conducted with a partnership with Sudan best illustration expert and writers to facilitate these sessions.
